Our Vision
The sustainable development policy of Di Vincenzo Dino & C S.p.A. focuses on improving corporate performance while fully respecting the expectations of all its stakeholders. This approach requires a tangible commitment at both financial and organizational levels, fostering cross-functional engagement of all interested parties.
Through the implementation of an integrated management system, internationally certified, and the adoption of stringent procedures, our Organization aims to guide both its employees and business partners toward responsible and compliant behaviors. This commitment results in a Company capable of pursuing economic growth in harmony with environmental and social sustainability, thereby ensuring responsible and conscious corporate management.
For the fifth consecutive year, Di Vincenzo Dino & C S.p.A. has decided to continue sharing the results achieved in terms of sustainability, transparently communicating the actions undertaken to monitor and reduce the environmental impacts associated with its activities. The latest Sustainability Report has also undergone a limited assurance engagement by an independent auditing firm, guaranteeing the reliability of the information provided.
The Organization has once again obtained the EcoVadis Sustainability Rating Certificate 2025 – Gold Top 5%, the Open-Es Card, the Synesgy ESG score, and has decided to verify its ISO 14064-1:2018 greenhouse gas inventory. In 2025, Di Vincenzo Dino & C. S.p.A. entered, for the first time, the Top 100 ESG Excellence and the Top 75 Integrated Finance of the Sustainability Award, an accolade recognizing the most virtuous Italian companies in sustainability and integrated finance.
Our Report
The Sustainability Report represents a detailed account of the goals we are achieving in terms of environmental, social, and economic sustainability.
The reports have been prepared to provide our stakeholders (clients, employees, suppliers, and local communities) with a clear and transparent view of the results achieved year after year. To date, five Sustainability Reports have been published, all on a voluntary basis.
This is a tangible sign of the Company’s commitment to transparently share the results achieved and to report on the impact generated on the environment and society. For us, sustainability is above all about respect: for people, for the territory, for the future.
Our SDGs and our initiatives
In line with the 2030 Agenda, the company has identified the main Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) on which to focus its commitment. The selection of the SDGs was made taking into account the organization’s actual capacities and resources, to ensure their concrete and measurable implementation. The nine goals shown represent the Company’s priority commitments, selected for their alignment with impact areas and operational strategies.
This choice guides our daily actions toward a responsible, inclusive, and low-environmental-impact growth model, with the belief that every action, even a small one, can generate real change when driven by a collective commitment.
