Women’s Empowerment
The project
During 2025, DVC launched a women’s empowerment programme for its female employees. The initiative was designed to enhance talent, support professional growth, and strengthen confidence in individual capabilities through opportunities for dialogue, training, and the sharing of experiences.
The programme addressed topics such as effective communication, leadership, relationship management, and the development of individual potential.
