DV Real Estate worked as advisor and promoter for the development of a project consisting of 160 residential units and 216 car stalls and garages on a site of approx. 26.000 m2 situated in the centre of the city of Pescara, only a few hundred meters from the main rail station and the important streets of the city centre.
DV Real Estate has co-ordinated the drafting of the urban recovery programme and the consequent “Accordo di Programma” (Programme Agreement) which considers fully future value(s) in such a highly important area. The development has also foreseen the realization of a public park for over 15.000 m2. During the realization, DV Real Estate has carried out the works with the role of project and development manager.
