In December 2004 the IGEFI Group acquired an area with an approx. surface of 12.000 m2, in the borough of Peschiera Borromeo (Mi), 5 minutes from Linate airport, in one of the most beautiful and best connected areas of Milan hinterland. It is a 6 storey building with an approx. total surface of 6.000 m2 for office use.

DV Real Estate on behalf of the owner manages the property and facility management services. A residential complex will be built around the building with an approx. surface of 5.000 m2; DV Real Estate has the role of asset and project manager for the development project.
