Palazzo Monti – Pescara

The IGEFI Group in the 1980s acquired the establishment once named Monti, located in the south-eastern area of Pescara, in the historical centre of the city. The area is characterised by important public and private business services.

The construction was finished in 1964, consisting of a 7 storey building with an attic, and a total surface of approx. 18.500 m2. DV Real Estate, on behalf of the owner carries out the property and facility management services.

DV Real Estate has recently continued (1st quarter 2005), in the role of project manager for the refurbishment works concerning the façade and part of the offices with an approximate total surface of 4.000 m2.
