Commercial centre Ipercoop – San Giovanni Teatino, Chieti

The IGEFI Group during the mid 1990s acquired an area of approx. 9 hectares in the immediate suburbs of the city of Pescara.

At the end of 1990s, DV Real Estate began the first contacts with Coop Adriatica with a view to creating a hypermarket in Pescara. The scheme came to fruition and the hypermarket, located on a total surface area of 89.000 m2 with more than 30.000 m2 of covered surface, 58.000 m2 of parking facilities was opened in the spring of 2001.

DV Real Estate promoted the development of the real estate project: the acquisition of the areas, the urban transformation, the building permission procedures and the commercialization processes.
