The principles of responsibility are found in the ‘Policy of the Organization’ document, according to which the objectives and goals are established. The same Policy is applied in the consortia and consortium companies. |

Code of Ethics |
The Code of Ethics includes principles, practices, and behaviours based on the respect of the principles expressed in the Policy. The Code of Ethics must be observed by everyone inside the Organization (Managers, Employees, Workers), as well as business partners, and suppliers of tangible and intangible goods and service. |

Management System |
Di Vincenzo Dino & C S.p.A. applies an Organization and Management system in order to prevent administrative responsibility of the Company. The requirements foreseen are included in the procedure of the Management system: the documents are continually updated guaranteeing the Organization the availability of the best practices and the detailed formulation of the processes and of their interactions. |

The company’s management system is in compliance with the requirements of the international standards UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 – UNI EN ISO 14001:2015 – UNI ISO 45001:2018 for the following activities:

• Design and construction of civil engineering works, infrastructures, hydraulic works, environmental and plant designs included in the Project Financing.
• Design and construction of special foundation works; planning and execution of geognostic investigations
