The village of Santo Stefano di Sessanio – L’Aquila

The IGEFI Group at the end of 1990s acquire approximately one hundred different properties, comprising the entire village of Santo Stefano di Sessanio, a “ghost town” a few kilometres from the highest point of Gran Sasso d’Italia.

The properties were refurbished and left unaltered in its original architectural character, structure, matching materials and maintains internal road conditions. The village becomes a lively resort centre for the summer and winter periods. DV Real Estate followed the acquisition and completion process of the investment with the role of advisor for the IGEFI Group.
