Being among the leading contributors to the reconstruction of Central Italy following the 2009 and 2016 earthquakes represents for our organization not only a technical achievement, but also a concrete commitment to local communities, territories, and cultural heritage.
This commitment has also been recognized in the volume “100 Italian Green Architectural Conservation Stories”, produced by Fondazione Symbola and Cassa Bortolo, with the contribution of Assorestauro and the Chamber of Commerce of Brescia. The publication highlights Italian excellence in sustainable construction and restoration.
Today, the Company is a national benchmark in reconstruction, restoration, and seismic upgrading of historic buildings, as well as in civil, industrial, and infrastructure construction. Among the most significant projects are the Monastery of San Marco in Offida, Palazzo Benadduci in Tolentino, and Palazzo Saladini in Ascoli Piceno – examples of an approach that combines conservation, safety, and high-quality execution.
Particularly noteworthy is the Don Minozzi Complex in Amatrice, known as “Casa Futuro”, designed by architect Stefano Boeri. The project stands out for its high level of sustainability, including the reuse of over 60% of debris, the recovery of excavated materials, and the integration of 930 photovoltaic panels. It successfully combines innovation, energy efficiency, and careful integration into the landscape of the Gran Sasso and Monti della Laga National Park.
Through these projects, Di Vincenzo Dino & C. Spa confirms its role as a responsible player in sustainable development and heritage enhancement, contributing to the revitalization of affected areas and to building a more resilient future.
